Spinning Classes

Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey that is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout.

Pilates Classes

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.

Yoga Classes

In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Zumba Classes

A fusion of Latin, international music and dance that creates a effective cardio workout. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.

Cardio Classes

Cardio classes greatly help you burn fat and build lean muscles. This class will combine cardiovascular exercises and muscle sculpting exercises. The class usually lasts for an hour, and consists of different formats of exercises that depend on the fitness coach.

Strength Classes

Love the powerful feeling of lifting weights? Love working out with friends? This is a challenging strength training class that uses weights, barbells, TRX, and your own body weight to define, develop, and tone your body in a 45 minute express class.
